An Entrepreneur is someone that will always see potential in something that most people find worthless. They will find properties in a down market and they find the bull in the bear market. There will see the great employees in those that are not flashy, maybe not the most attractive, and might not be the funniest, but they handle their position in the system with greatness. An entrepreneur will find the diamond in the rough.
A True Boy Scout-
If you were ever in scouts then you remember the Boy Scouts motto: Be Prepared. You have to analyze every situation thoroughly enough to say that you are going to be making the right decision. Time can be sensitive and you will often have to push the button, but don’t push it too early. Act wisely and be resourceful. Study in the library, make contacts, and if you have to find a job in the industry to get the experience that you need.
Next-
You have to have the ability to look into the future. Use what is out there to visualilze what will and will not happen in your market. You have to be willing to be prepared for anything. Often the best entrepreneurs are filled with legal documents to protect them for almost anything. They are built with a lot of savings and are willing to use other people’s funds before their own to protect their future according to what may happen.
Eye of the Tiger-
An Entrepreneur will have the courage to go out their and find the opportunities even when others are scared to find them. They will build so much emotional strength that failure is not an option and obstacles don’t exist. They will not wait on others and bank on their success. An entrepreneur will be bold enough to say to others that they should bank on him/her because they expect the success.
I Am Great-
An entrepreneur is full of self motivation. Always looking for the opportunities to praise others. The entrepreneur will not fear the greatness of others, but enjoy it and try to learn from it. That is what is exciting about entrepreneurship is the ability to grow with others as you build on what you know. They will never let anyone allow for them to feel incapable. An entrepreneur will always be supplying self-ammunition in the form of phrases such as “I am great! I will achieve my goals. I am the best business owner.” If you say it enough then eventually it will go into your subconscious and you will believe it. You will eventually exemplify it in every aspect of your life and others around you will believe it too. First they may laugh, but in the end they will only be smiling with your success.
Look inside to see if you have these qualities. There are plenty more out there that you need, but if you have these in you then you are well on your way. If not, then acquire them. Do it today while you are still young with the entrepreneur spirit.
