Life Altering Moments

It is interesting how quickly we become nervous before we embark upon our greatest experiences that we have in our lives. Look back at those great moments that you have in your life then you will see numerous experiences that were memorable, but also filled with anxiety and excitement. These are tough moments in our lives. I remember when I started performing sales for a company and how nervous I was when I began. I knew that I would have to overcome that. I felt as though I was ignorant and that I knew so little. I realized then during that moment that I could make this the beginning of something great or another failure.

We have the opportunity to achieve greatness every day. Soon that greatness will seem common to us as a million dollars is common to a billionaire. Greatness will grow to a new level to us and we will be motivated to do much more. If you feel discourage in an experience then you need to forget yourself and go to work. If you can take that type of counsel to heart then you will not let your weakness and moping get in the way of what you deserve to do.

Remember what you are setting out to do. Always set forth a plan to help you see where you want to be. Most people fail because they don’t know where they are going. That is why you see so many career changes, people working for others, people wallowing in apathy, and simply laziness. If we don’t create direction then we will never know where to go. How can you take a trip with any purpose unless there is a final destination. You will enjoy the trip so much more, but you can achieve something extraordinary, if even for one day, that you planned out and followed through with. Even if your goals and dream seem insignificant or daunting at first to you or others, realize really what you can accomplish and what type of legacy you can leave. Start now to find what you believe in and what morally compels you.

Start now to write what your standards are. Many businesses have codes of ethics that they abide by. They show the integrity of what the company will be remembered for. Everything that they live by will be based on those ethics no matter what happens or how much money is made. In the end the when you have left this life it will come down to how you faced your challenges. It will be up to you if you have the integrity necessary to embark on those life altering moments.
