Building Your Home Business In A Difficult Political Climate

It is interesting how many people that I talk to that are frustrated about the current political and economical situation.  They blame George Bush for this and for that.  I find it very comical.  I know we are not in the Dust Bowl or the Great Depression and yet there are so many people that are consumed by doubt and fear.  Most of it is in themselves and it is so easy to blame others for it.

To be honest the financial situation is not what it was during the reign of Bill Clinton.  The market has not been the best and Real Estate has dropped.  I don’t know if that is all Bush’s fault.  The airline industry has gone to the nadir of it’s existence.  My parents work for an airline that has gone through bankruptcy and has face many lay offs and strikes.  It is so sad to see the frustrations between people that were once friends, but have grown into bitter enemies.  I saw it happen between my parents and my friend’s parents.  Sad.

After all of this I have come to realization that you have to establish your own success and as Robert Kiyosaki says, “Mind your own business.”  People need to look for business opportunities to start from their home and they need to establish an additional income because Corporate America isn’t what many Baby Boomers thought it would be.  There is no retirement, no pensions, no social security.  It is all drying up and there are a lot of changes needed.

I feel that one of the best things that we can do is educate youth a lot better on finance and establishing different streams of income.  It is completely neglected in our society and that isn’t the case with a lot of other countries such as Japan.  Many people participate in their own business and network marketing opportunities.

We are so scared of getting destroyed in a personal home based business because there is not enough education on how to manage funds and put the proper systems in place.  Working for someone else is common in our society and is as easy to learn as starting your own company.  The only difference is that many people are trained their whole lives to work for others instead of themselves.  I am excited to see leaders of our society try to change this and the more independent we can make people then I think the happier they will be in their lives and we will see the workplace evolve and allow for more family time for fathers and mothers.  In turn I think we would have a stronger society.
