For email campaigns do not forget using trusted campaign managers like constant contacts.. Its services include protection of emails of your clients and prevents email clouds due to a "Send All" process.

Very succinct list you have here!

Since I have a blog, RSS feeds subscribers with 220+ email subscribers vs. ~50 RSS FeedReader subscribers...what I do to my monthly double-optin ezine subscriber list is write an unique article that I do not distribute anywhere else. I treat my ezine subscribers like gold (since they are my "ideal clients")...since March 15, 2007, I am proud to share that I have a 0% unsubscribe-rate.

Thanks for sharing the 39% stat...I didn't know that one.
