A Good Recipe For Success In Your Business

This is a recipe that I found from my friend Dave Taggart at Tag’s Kitchen.  This is a Hopi Bread that I tried at work and it is absolutely amazing.  It has become such a hit in my own family that we bake it regularly during the holidays and then whenever we like to make up holidays.  I have to say that it gave a lot of inspiration to people that day.  It is amazing what food can do to break up the monotony in the work place.  It is like an escape to freedom for a lot of people and I think that this was the case with this bread.

Hopi Sunflower Bread

Yield 1 Loaf

¼ Cup Honey

¼ Cup Butter (softened)

2 Eggs, beaten

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 Tsp Salt

1 TBSP Baking Powder

1 ½ Cup Ground Sunflower meats

1 Cup Milk

½ Cup Whole Sunflower Meats

Beat together honey & butter.  Beat in Eggs, Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and ground seeds in separate bowl.  Add to honey/butter mixture alternately with the milk.  Fold in whole sunflower meats.  Pour into greased loaf pan & bake 1 hour at 325°F.

Cool on rack.

This bread slices better when cool.

I recommend using this often during work.  If you are a stay at home mom or dad, you run an Internet Business, or you have some type of a home based business then this is great to get your mind of work for a little bit.  I have seen this help time and time again.
