Feeling Hurt In Business
It is amazing how most of it is based around money. This is something so silly and unimportant in someone’s life because when we die it means nothing. We can leave it behind for family members, but that doesn’t mean that it is really helping them. I have come to realize that we fight over pointless things and can easily be resolved. I have learned that when you have a reverence to any business relationship then you are humble enough to listen and try to understand. There is always a resolution that can happen, it may take a day or two, but it can happen and eventually work better for both of you.
Another important step is for you to not get personally offended. Take everything in stride and be willing to discuss your feelings, but don’t allow for people to get you emotional. They are just people with opinions that they are entitled to have. The less emotion you can show then the better you are with your results. You don’t want it to escalate to a shouting match and if it does still don’t take it personal.
So grow some thick skin and be open to other people’s feelings and you will have a lot of good relationships. I will say one thing though, if people give you a lot of trouble then avoid them and don’t create business relationships and have them as partners or clients. The hassle is not worth the money you get from them. There are good prospects out there. You just have to be patient and search for them.
