Why You Need Sleep For Your Business

“He who sleeps half a day has won half a life.”

-Karl Kraus, Austrian Satirist

This quote can be taken many ways, especially coming from a Satirist, but I am going to look at it one way for your business and how to describe it. I have to say that many people are struggling to get business ideas going effectively because not only do they waste time, but they don’t take care of their health and then they struggle to make it through the day with productive work.

It destroys your energy and as you build your business you will soon understand that one of the greatest resources you will have is your ability to act at your highest abilities. Being tired is almost as damaging as being drunk because you are rationally out of your right mind, you tend to be more emotional, you run into problems with communication with employees, partners, and the problems go on and on. Take care of your health so you maximize those financially productive moments that you have in your day.
