What Adds And Takes Away 15 Years From Your Business Life

So I saw a commercial that stated that singing adds 15 years to your life and I thought to myself, what does anger and negativity do to your body?  I think there are so many people that struggle day in and day out because they suffer from ignorance and then use anger to mask their issues.  I see this with business all the time and it kills me that people use frustration and anger to solve situations.  They think that frustration is the answer to their problems, but it just complicates issues that are really never that important.

Instead make sure before any conversation continues on that people calm down and stress is taken care of.  It just degrades you, the other person, and it looks bad to other members of the company.  These events can trickle to other people in the company and leads to a short business life span or a short personal life span.  I promise that all issues can be resolved and even built upon to create positive business direction.
