Avoid Getting Caught Up In Wrong Customers

So many people try so hard to save deals that they have made in sales and this can be a blow to your motivation.  Try to avoid caring about people you have sold.  Now that sounds contrary to everything I have said, but make sure that they move forward to being dealt with customer service and that you don’t keep spending time trying to save something that doesn’t become worth the money compared to the amount of time you are laboring for this person.  They drag you away from other potential clients with a lot more capability and less headache. 

I suggest that you do everything you can to avoid running into the problem of customers by being willing to help them, but cut them loose if they are not willing to be rational when they work with you.  If you always leave the conversation frustrated then end it and leave it in their court if they want to come back.  Take it away from them hard.
