Internet Business Opportunities | Don’t Argue With Your Boss

Don’t Argue With Your Boss

I think one of the worst things you can do is argue with your boss.  I think it is important to state your point when something wrong and if necessary get out of there, but be careful how you act because they have a lot of say with what you are allowed to do.  Listen and try to understand where they are coming from.  State your own opinions, but don’t be overbearing.  Don’t make a scene in public and try to tear into your boss.  Not only could you lose your job, but if you do keep it then they can control your freedom and your work load.

If they are doing something that is harrassment then contact HR and start looking for new jobs.  You should always be trying to start your own business on the side that can create enough income for you to at least survive on.  You don’t want to be trapt in a job that could be your last option before retirement.  Be smart and use your time productively.  The best leverage you can have is creating more success for your business then your predecessors.
