If everyone feels that they are equal, then they will not be intimidated to share thoughts and ideas that could ultimately help establish the growth and success of the company.
4.) Allow the first few minutes to be a time where people can socialize and relax. This helps people to release tension and creates an atmosphere of friendship and respect.
5.) Always try to have some sort of an agenda. People love having an agenda for a meeting because it allows them to see exactly what will be happening at the meeting. They can therefore plan what they will say and discuss.
