<description>I firmly believe that a business in travel is a smart idea - that's why I'm in the travel business. I'm an internet entrepreneur and have several ventures, but in my opinion, my travel business is the most exciting and the one with the most potential.

I also help others to set up their own travel businesses and provide coaching to help them succeed.

Here are my top 5 reasons for choosing travel:

1) Travel is FUN to talk about - If you're going to succeed in business, you have to talk about your business - Who doesn't love to travel? I'm selling recess!

2) Everyone wants to know a travel agent! Let's face it, we get great perks.

3) Great perks! As a travel agent you get VIP treatment, discounts, and incredible deals on cruises and trips from companies that want you to refer your customers to their vacation.

4) Travel is a 7 trillion dollar industry - even a minuscule piece of the pie is plenty!

5) Travel generates residual income - once people book with you, they are likely to come back for more. Because my travel agency is online, I make money every time someone books with me - even if I never talked with them!

So - yes! I would have to say that a home based travel business is a good idea. :)
