I think that leverage is one of the smartest things that a entrepreneur can do. I talked with a friend and he mentioned how his family started a very successful business that is nearly $100 million dollars. They continued to leverage themselves out again and again with their credit and their profits that they would make.

Eventually it got to the point where it was worth the value it is today and they will never have to worry about funds now. At any moment they could have gone bankrupt because of leveraging themselves out, but they didn’t. Now they are sitting pretty. Many people face similar opportunities that they could leverage a lot of their money to make a fortune, but they don’t because of the fear that comes with that circumstance.
