Every business partner needs to be on the same page. One of the hardest things that can happen with any business owner is when one or several partners have a lot of distractions. This can hurt a business immensely because the truth is that you have limited amount of time in your day and their is only so much you can give to one business if you are spread out.

I remember a network marketer who was very successful once saying that the only way you can be successful is to be great at one thing. If you are doing numerous things then you can be good at a lot of things, but never great at one thing. The smartest thing to do is to take on one task at a time. If you are smart then you delegate your tasks to others and let them fulfill those tasks. No matter how much money you make, it is never as valuable as your time. When you learn to use it wisely then you learn to create a fortune.
