Don’t Get Frustrated About Employees Or Customers That Leave

I wan in an industry where I had a friend and he was a rising star with a company I worked with. They applauded him and gave him so much money, gifts, and other rewards for his effort. Eventually as he rose up the ladder, the time came that he could leave. The company was so frustrated about it that they went after him again and again and eventually took him to court. It became a messy legal fight as he left for another company. This tarnished his image in the industry because of the rumors, but it did a lot worse for this company.

That company was involved in so many lawsuits after that where they were plaintiffs and defendants. Everything became so vicious and it led down the chain to the employees. It was like a cut-throat company where no one could be trusted or pleased. It was an each man for himself attitude. The company suffered a lot because of this and lost it’s shinning image toward potential employees. The point is don’t go after people and make a big deal out of it unless it is absolutely necessary. Avoid court and the rumors that go along with bad decisions. It will never do any good for you and will hurt you time and time again down the road.
