Internet Business Opportunities | Fire Bad Customers

Fire Bad Customers

Be smart with your customers when it comes to picking the right one. That may sound funny because you probably are in the position where you will take whatever you can get. I think this can be a potential hazard to you and your future. It sets a precedent that you are willing to potentially take on the wrong people that will take more time and not be worth the money that you get from them. You will see that these people become a customer service nightmare and create a lot of stress and probably are the worst thing for your other customers because they take company time away from people that will produce a lot more.

Fire these people and find others that will mean more to your business and bring in potential referrals and appreciate the effort you put in. A bad customer can rarely be pleased and will potentially create legal problems. I have seen this in customers and employees and it can be a colossal nightmare. Avoid it because the money is not worth, and be willing to put your company beyond the foundation of the dollar bill.

Many a times I have bad customers. It goes with the job, but you have a wonderful post here and very informative. I’ll try to exercise the tactic of weeding some of them out.
