Good advice. Focusing on too many ideas and trying to incorporate too much at once will be counterproductive. It's more important to do fewer things well than many things that are just okay.

Some great commments guys. I used to suffer from information overload when conducting my business, trying to incorporate all my ideas at once.

I started to set out my goals in my diary and followed through step by step, ignoring all possible interruptions.

A defined Goal Plan is definatley the way to go.

If you're an "idea guy" with the vision it really helps to have a great "doer", one who implements all the tactics for you. It's unusual for one person to be able to do both at the same time effectively it seems.
