Choosing the right mattress is very important. My wife and I recently upgraded our mattress and our sleeping improved dramatically! Not only are we more well rested, but we do have fewer back pains. What convinced us? Sleeping in a new hotel room with great mattresses and pillows!
I recently shopped for a new bed at IKEA, it was super cheap. The baseboard rolls forward when i want to work or eat in my bed.
I like mani other people like comfort. I prefer to buy one good and of course expensive mattress and enjoy it all th the last my life. Tje rest is so important in our hurry life style. 7 hours on the good bed can come back to life also a died man!
that is right. our first bed was not really our choosing, we just used what was offered. i had back aches that resulted to migraines for weeks. until we changed bed. boy, did my life change.:)
I agree with what you said about the mattress. For years I slept on a crummy old mattress thinking I just had a sleep disorder. When my wife and I finally decided to invest into a new mattress I realized it wasn`t me, it was my bed! I wish I would have replaced it long before I did, but at least I know better now.

I am working at home and since my hubby left, I can’t sleep. I thought I was just having problem with sleeping. But then again I bumped into your post and decide to change my bed. And it feels great to sleep now, I dunno if its a new bed effect or the old bed is really disgusting.
